AI training for small business teams in Edmonton

AI training only pays off when your team uses it on real work the next morning. We teach your people to use AI on their own quotes, emails and job notes, with the tools you already pay for.

What your team learns

Your work, not generic examples

For owners and teams at trades and service businesses. No tech background needed.

  • Ask for a first draft, then check it. The one habit that makes AI safe to use.
  • Your own paperwork. Quotes, emails, job notes and reports from your business.
  • What never goes into an AI tool. A clear rule for customer details.
  • The tools you already have. ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, whichever you pay for.
  • A one-page cheat sheet your team keeps at their desk.
A half-day workshopExample agenda
  1. Hour 1What AI is good at, and what it gets wrong. The check-it habit.
  2. Hour 2Hands on with your own quotes and emails.
  3. Hour 3Customer details: what goes in and what never does.
  4. Hour 4Each person picks one weekly task to hand to AI.

Questions owners ask

AI training: straight answers

How much does AI training cost?

We price it per team, on request. It depends on how many people and how much of your own work we build it around.

Can a grant pay for AI training in Alberta?

It might. The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant can cover up to 75% of eligible training costs for Alberta employers, up to $5,000 per trainee. The trainer has to come from outside your company, and we do. Ask us and we'll check before you book.

Which AI tools do you teach?

The ones you already pay for first. If you don't have one yet, we help you pick one that fits your work and your budget.

Is it safe for my team to use AI with customer info?

Only with clear rules. Part of the training is deciding which customer details can go into an AI tool and which never do.
