Automation help for Edmonton businesses

If you type the same thing into two apps, send the same follow-up every week or copy numbers into a spreadsheet, it can probably run on its own. We connect the tools you already use with Zapier, Make or a small custom build, whichever costs you least to run.

What we automate

The jobs that repeat every week

We start with a map of how work moves through your business, so we automate the steps that cost you the most time, not the ones that are easiest to sell.

  • New lead. It lands on one list and gets a reply right away.
  • Quote accepted. The job, your crew's calendar and the deposit invoice are set up for you.
  • Job done. The invoice goes out, and so does a review ask, the same way to every customer.
  • Two apps that disagree. Client lists that stay in step between your job app and your accounting.
  • Monthly numbers. Pulled into one report instead of copied by hand.

Why trust us with it

We automated our own business first.

10%

of Canadian small businesses have their digital tools fully connected across the business, even though 92% use them. Most still move work between apps by hand.

Questions owners ask

Automation: straight answers

What does automation cost?

Automation we build and run for you starts at $1,000 a month. Bigger one-time builds, like an internal app, start at $5,000. The $1,000 map shows which to do first, and it comes off the build if you go ahead.

Do I have to pay for Zapier or Make?

Not always. If your tools already connect to each other we use that, and if a small custom build is cheaper over a year, we tell you.

Can you fix automations someone else set up?

Usually, yes. We look at what's there while we map your business and tell you whether to fix it or rebuild it.

Can I text customers automatically in Canada?

Yes, with consent. Under Canada's anti-spam law you can follow up for 6 months after someone asks about a job and for 2 years after they buy, and every message needs a way to opt out. We build that in.

What happens when something breaks?

We fix it. Watching the automations and fixing them is part of what the monthly fee covers.
