A neon sign shop that outgrew its paperwork.

Urban Now is Scott’s own neon sign business, and where Kaizen Shift started. When a consignment deal with the Edmonton Oilers landed, the leads came faster than the quoting, invoicing and follow-up could keep up. Every step was done by hand.
